✏️ Trazos: Trace Letters & ABC

Privacy Policy — Trazos: Trace Letters & ABC

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy applies to the app Trazos: Trace Letters & ABC ("Trazos"), published under that name on Google Play (Android package com.awesome.apps.hand.draw; Spanish title "Trazos: aprender a escribir") and on the App Store. Trazos teaches 4 to 6 year olds to trace numbers and letters.

It is developed and published by Awesome Apps V, the developer name shown on its Google Play listing (trading as "Awesome Apps"). Contact: awesomee.apps@gmail.com.

Trazos collects no personal data. Nothing the child does inside the app ever leaves the device. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics. The only thing sent is a technical report when the app closes because of an error, with no data about the child (see Crash reports below).

What the app stores, and where

Everything stays in the app's private storage on the device, and none of it is transmitted:

What What for
The name typed into the profile For the "My name" world, where the child traces their own name
Stars and per-level progress To remember where they were
Settings (sound, vibration, high contrast, left-handed) To remember them between sessions

The profile name is optional: the whole app works without it. It can be changed or deleted at any time from Settings. Uninstalling the app deletes everything, because there is no copy anywhere else.

Crash reports

If the app closes because of an error, it sends a technical report so we can fix it. That is the only thing that ever leaves the device. It is processed by Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service that acts on our behalf and doesn't use the data for anything else.

What the report contains What it never contains
Where in the code the app failed The name typed into the profile
Device model, OS version and app version Strokes, stars or progress
Free memory and storage, screen orientation Anything the child does or types
A random installation identifier, to group repeated crashes The device's advertising ID
The date and time of the crash Location

The installation identifier doesn't say who the child is and isn't matched with other apps. Google keeps reports for 90 days and then deletes them.

What the app does NOT do

Permissions

Vibration, for the short buzz that confirms a finished stroke; it can be turned off in Settings. On Android, also internet and network state, only to send crash reports.

Children

Trazos is made for children, which is why the rule is to collect nothing that identifies the child or what they do. There are no ads and no analytics. Crash reports contain only technical device data and a random identifier, and are used solely to keep the app working, which is the use the US COPPA law allows without parental consent ("support for internal operations").

Settings sit behind a simple sum that an adult solves, so a child doesn't change the configuration by accident.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
